Applicability of Kimberley Process Certificate in the Imports and Exports of rough diamonds:

Any exports or imports of rough diamonds covered under HS Codes 7102.10, 7102.21 and 7102.31 shall be accompanied by Kimberley Process Certificate for its Export or Import, as the case may be.
